When will my order be processed?
All orders placed before 12 noon will be processed the same day and shipped within 5 business days.*
All orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following business day and shipped within 5 business days.*
* If your order requires designs with our unique hand-painted sparkles or it is an unusually busy time of year, your order may take longer to ship. What if I need my order faster?
Please choose upgraded shipping when you check out. Please note that if you choose to upgrade your shipping, your order will arrive based upon the day it is scheduled to ship from our facility, not the day the order was placed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Do you offer corporate or large volume discounts? Yes, we are happy to provide corporate and volume discounts. Please call our office (203.341.0701) and speak to one of our customer service representatives for further information.
Do you ship outside the United States?
If you would like your order shipped outside of the United States, please call our customer service department for shipping rates or send an email to
orders@bonniemarcus.com with your request for shipping information. Please include your complete shipping address, the item number and quantity that you would like to purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships. If you need additional information about your order, please contact us at

Can the hand-sparkled cards go through my printer?
YES! 99% of our customers print on sparkled cards. We suggest a top loading inkjet printer for the best results.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?
Most orders take one to two business days to process, and cancellations are accepted at this time. However, once an order ships it cannot be canceled. Items on website are final sale and returns are not accepted. If you have questions about an item please contact us before you place your order at 866.675.7895.
Do you use recycled paper?
Bonnie Marcus Collection has GONE GREEN! Our stationery is now printed on Recycled Paper, containing 30% Post Consumer Waste Fiber. Only the cleanest, highest quality post consumer waste fibers are used, however an occasional particle may be visible. Committed to the environment our paper is also manufactured using Green-e certified renewable wind-generated electricity. Bonnie Marcus Collection also supports responsible use of forest resources using FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified papers. We urge you to GO GREEN and help the environment as well!
